Friday Bacon

Silver Bullet Gun Oil

In honor of that most peaceful religion islam. I present this product made for your protective devices. Safe for your guns unsafe for certain peoples faith in their afterlife.

But don't worry people who sure haven't denounced what arseholes do in the name of their faith very loudly, I won't shoot you unless you attack me and mine, if you do I'll defend myself with bullets that just happen to be coated with pig fat.

This is what divorces police and populace.

Mother of three arrested for taking picutres of tourist attraction outside of airport.

It has taken me three days to calm down enough to write upon this story. Suffice to say the police in this town abused their authority in every way that they could without being thrown in jail themselves(though they should be in a just world). I'm pressed to figure out which of this woman's rights were not violated, I wouldn't be surprised to find at this point that the police moved a platoon of National Guard into her house without her consent. This is also the clearest argument I've seen for not giving police blanket immunity from personal civil charges. Sadly I don't want to be on this side of the argument about disciplining police officers, however there are to many cases where prosecutors have swept under the rug things that would get a private citizen put in prison even if we "made a mistake".

Police and other law enforcement have an even greater duty to follow the laws they would enforce upon others, this leaves the wronged citizen with little recourse but a civil suit that is only costly to taxpayers not the rouge police or covering cronies.. I know that criminals lie about police treatment of them and current laws are an overreaction to spurious criminal complaints. What officers who cover for a fellow officer who is clearly in the wrong fail to recognize is that they erode the credibility of all police when they do.

I once heard of an officer who did write speeding tickets to other cops. When asked about "professional courtesy" he would reply that professional courtesy was not breaking the law. Just as the foundation for all medicine is "do no harm", if the foundation for all law enforcement is not "obey the law" then society crumbles.

Clean your own House

Obama is now starting to talk gun control. This is from someone who's BATFE is becoming the largest supplier of US arms to Mexican cartels.

I can't help beating this supposed dead horse, because the government just seems to keep rolling on as if nothing happened.

Oliver North was publicly defamed in the media for arming people to oppose murderous marxism but the very people who are supposed to be stopping straw purchases by violent cartels start encouraging them. Then a United States citizen(also a lawman) is killed by the very guns that the BATFE encouraged sold then lost.

The simple truth is that in the collapse the system model that the marxists are following armed citizens are actually a major obstacle. A few armed people can hold of a mob if the have weapons and are willing to use them.

Obama is sure sticking it to the drug companies.

A government solution to a problem that didn't exist is going to drive the price of a weekly shot to prevent premature births from $20 to $1500. Citing supposed "quality concerns" the government has given a drug company a retroactive monopoly on a treatment that has been used for years now.

The March of Dimes which takes massive donations from the company getting this monopoly celebrated a move that will drive more women out of health insurance that covers maternity care.

Granting a company a patent for something they developed is a good thing that encourages people to develop new things, but corruptly awarding a patent for something that exists already smacks of Marxist central planning at its most cruel and destructive.

I can only speculate that this is another move to help break both the free-market health care and leave people screaming for a single payer system. But the Obama administration using the lever of a drug that can spare children from the dangers and illness of being born too soon is vile past my ability to state.

This is getting repetitive and it's not me.

Again those of a supposed public sector service have been found to be the suppliers of those US guns finding their way to Mexican Cartels. This time it was a Mayor and Police chief of a border town.

I must note that this arrest comes suspicously close on the heels of the "Gunrunner" scandal blew up in the BATFE's face. I would love some discovery on just how long they have known about the activity in Columbus, NM.

Well this sums it up Pt2

Friday Bacon

In what to me should be an example of private property rights. A Texas farmer started holding pig races after some stupid/easily offended muslims purchased land next to his PIG FARM.

If someone from the government sides with the muslims on this private property has been bloodily sacrificed on the the altar of political correctness.

So in honor of muslims everywhere I plan to attempt to post some pig/ham/pork/bacon story every Friday, just in time for prayers. If your religion says don't eat x, y, or z then don't eat them, but stop trying to force your views on others. Trust me it's no classier than someone "biblethumpin".

Beware: Sirens

I smell a frameup.

"Project Gunrunner" may well prove to be the BATFE's  pull back the curtain moment. at the same moment they were trying to talk up the fraudulent statistic of 90% of Mexican cartel guns cumming from US gun shops, they were not only allowing but encouraging straw purchases of firearms. This smacks of a typical government tactic of creating a problem to "solve".

Brad Desaye, owner of J & G Gun Sales, paraphrasing Second Amendment activist Jeff Knox, says, "the truth is coming out. It's becoming obvious the largest supplier to Mexican gun violence is ATF, not the dealers. And they are using us as scapegoats."

Just so you know what they mean about cases of AK-47s.

The answer is yes.

A thief called 911 because he was afraid a homeowner had a gun. So to any would-be burglars or home invaders the answer is yes, and according to my state's laws after I shoot you the police will just shake my hand and your relatives won't be able to sue me for killing you.

If this is unsatisfactory you might wish to try a career with fewer occupational hazards.

One fewer watchman.

The "White Ensign" is disappearing from the sea. It is a sad thing that the banner which ended the global chattel slave trade and preserved the seeds of liberty is becoming such a rare sight.

These are days that freedom could use more protectors not fewer.

Beware: Sirens

"You knew what I was when I climbed on your back."

As news about who shot our airmen in Germany comes out.

I'm so glad that we've spent more than a decade of blood a treasure in saving these people from genocide. If the muslim world is wanting to make it so that Americans no longer feel sorry for them when people kill them, then they are doing a good job.

Why I'm a Libertarian.

The armed security officer who stopped a church massacre before it got started is claiming to have been drummed out of that very church after coming out as a lesbian. The church is denying it and things are devolving to he said she said.

I don't know who is telling the truth here but I will say that I have seen people who have claimed to share my faith that could not love the sinner. I have had to personally pick up a piece of gravel hand it to someone on a "true holier than thou" rebuke of someone hold it out and tell them, "To quote someone you claim to respect, "Let he among you without sin cast the first stone."

Homosexuality is a more complex issue for individuals and society than people of either opinion upon it are willing to admit. It is the height of arrogance to assume the position of God for judgment yet a society must evaluate how individual choices benefit or hurt it.

Lack of condemnation is not condoning something, and perhaps we should live and let live in that middle ground when others are willing to do the same.
