Honestly I'm not sad to see it go. Other than on the family front I've had better years.

I'm still not feeling that good so blogging is still going to be light and opportunistic. Hopefully I'll have thoughts worth writing next week.

Blooming Good Fun

Gun Control Polka

Not his strongest work but still worth watching.

We know where your children live.

The NY times has published photos of GOP candidates(presumable to make sure the occupidiots don't vandalize the wrong place). Given the personal home attacks of the left on the private residences of whoever incites their two minute hate, does this strike you as irresponsible?

Beware: Sirens

Swimming in Pudding

I had planned to say witty or insightful things today about the occupidiots planning to disrupt the Iowa caucuses or about their plans for "peaceful" Asymmetrical Warfare Strategies in the comming months(the best I can do is point out how peaceful their occupations were).

Unfortunately got a head-cold for Christmas so my brain feels like it's a bit detached so you'll have to talk amongst yourselves if you care to.

Faith and Story

I know this video is heavily edited but to be fair they link to both addresses at the end so it would so checking on them is pretty simple.

I'll let people draw their own conclusions about the President.

Difference between Parent and Genom-donor

If you lived in a park of 24 trailers that had 15 registered sex offenders in it would you leave three little girls alone to go buy a cigar? Either someone is criminally negligent or else negotiated a time to "step out" with someone.

I know circumstances leave people raising children in less than ideal conditions, but there is a world of difference between a parent in those conditions and someone who just has a child assigned to them by biological heredity. I pray that it isn't a life or death difference for this little girl.

Cult of Tacticool: Bad Idea

Surfing around amazon to spend some Christmas money I came across this. A weapons light activated by a trigger on the pistol fore-grip.
I don't think I want to trust Officer Cletus Gekko45's muscle memory as to which trigger illuminates me and which trigger lights me up.

High (Cost) Voltage

So it is now comming out that we are spending a quarter million tax dollars per Chevy Volt to burn our own citizens to death.

Typical government, they can't even run an anti-ecomentalist eugenics program in a cost effective manner.

To Eric Holder:

We aren't angry with you or scrutinizing you because you're black, we're angry because you flooded 2,000+ firearms to Mexican drug cartels then tried to frame our right to keep and bear arms for it. Your little frame job had cost people including US citizens their lives. Go back to chasing social justice ambulances you Marxist hack.
Can't look in there it would be racist.

Irony Lost on Hackers and Occupidiots

A group of computer hackers who go by Anonymous have published the addresses and phone numbers of police officers to retaliate for the various evictions of occupidiots from their trespasses.  Anonymous members don't seem to be so forthcoming with their own personal information.

I hope when these fine folk OD on Meth(or their dealer shoots them because he hasn't slept in a week and is feeling paranoid) that the first responders are just a little distracted worrying about their families to prevent them from dying a lingering death. Sadly this will affect more than just the guilty.

As for the scum tying up first responders who could otherwise be arresting someone before they got around to a violent crime and who set out to break the law as the beginning and foundation of their "movement", I'm coming to more the same conclusion:

Brand snobbery.

Coke vs. Pepsi, Chevy vs Ford, Beatle vs Stones...

I have my preferences and if asked I would explain them, but what you like to use to inject heavy metal at moderate distances is your business.

How Bad Things Are.

What Obamanomics has brought professional small businesswomen to.

And with Obamacare soon to interfere with Viagra prescriptions demand side economics doesn't look to be helping supply.

Occupy the Trinity

So according to Jessie Jackson(a godly man), Jesus was an occupidiot.

I apparently missed the parables of "discouraging the report of rape", of "craping in public spaces", or of "hating the Jew".

I would ask where has Christianity prospered in Free-market economies or Marxist ones?

Worth Reading

Straight forward in a Crooked World doesn't post very often, but when he does especially when he posts a new "Dark Arts for the Good Guys" it's worth reading, so go give it a read.

I don't need this hat.

Gun Free Zones Explained

Without metal detectors and armed guards places are commiting fraud by declaring themselves "gun free zones".

Let Me Get This Straight

Guy assassinates random cop after months of anti-cop Occupidiot protests= Nothing to see or speculate upon by the media.

Man shouting Allahu Akbar! shoots people in nice cars in Hollywood= Witness accounts of this suppressed by the media.

Man judged nuttier than planters shoots people including political elite= Sarah Palin conspired with the NRA to Clockwork Orange this guy into a weapon because that is what teabaggers do according to the media.

I know media bias is low hanging fruit, but it really struck me with these last two public shootings.

Droning On

So apparently the Iranians have managed to capture one of our stealthiest aircraft intact. So not only were the geniuses in the CIA flying one of our most advanced aircraft over enemy territory, but they just couldn't be bothered with something like a self destruct fail-safe.

This is a bigger technical intelligence loss than the Bin-laden raid tail-rotor without the importance of the mission that I can see.

The President nixed any attempt to recapture or destroy the drone as "an act of war" therefore something not to be done before his 17 day Hawaiian vacation.

Multicam in Virginia Tech

The pictures coming out of the latest shooting at Virginia Tech(my cynical side says the occupidiot's pot dealer got pulled over because his car was dragging over speed-bumps) have me wondering about our countries funding priorities.

Why are all the SWAT guys running around in several hundred dollars of Multi-cam under their black uber-tuff body armor while our soldiers are traipsing around the middle-east in the military equivalent of "Day-glow Fudd"?

New Va. Tech Shooting First Impressions.

1. My prayers for comfort for the victim's families.

2. Someone who was ready to shoot a cop over a traffic stop was apparently undeterred by the campus's gun free zone.

3. They also don't seem to have been deterred by buying officer XXL a fancy set of multi-cam to go under his black swat body armor.

4. The Brady bunch will of course use this to vilify gun owners who wouldn't  shoot a cop because we got pulled over.

5. When a suspect is identified any criminal history or immigration status that would have kept him from owning a gun legally will be glossed over.

Update: One of the two dead is now thought to be the guy who shot the cop for pulling him over.

Guilty Pleasures

My inner-mallninja just had a thrill run up his leg.

What the Fornication Under Command of King?

Airforce dumped cremated remains of service members in landfill. They actually have the nerve to refer to this as "gross mismanagement", but who the bloody hell is in ANY stage of landfilling remains of fallen service members even if they are partial and isn't throwing up their hands, sitting down on the job, and screaming stop?

I may not be old enough to remember Vietnam but I do remember the heaven and earth(sometimes tons of it) that was moved to identify even tiny bone fragments of soldiers missing in action and lay them to rest.

Barracks dark humor aside, our troops are not "autonomous mine detection device single use." Someone needs to be fired and shamed to the point they never show their face in public again.

Beware: Sirens

Spelled Out

Unfortunately, thanks to prestigious universities and public education the average occupidiot isn't going to be able to understand the multi-sylable words in this. So at the risk of preaching to the choir.

Mindless Bureaucracy Helps RKBA for Once.

Cheese-heads are hyperventilating over their new concealed carry law, which requires ignoring the lack of blood in the gutters both in their state and scores of other "shall issue" states.

The latest attempt to gen up hysteria involves the fact that the bill protects a business that allows concealed carry from litigation arising from such, but doesn't say anything to protect businesses that forbid concealed carry.

Personally I think that an institution that demands I disarm before I enter their establishment, should be liable if someone takes advantage of their victim disarmament zone.

Human Unbeing Pt. 1: Making Man Into Animal.

"You dare suggest a duke's son is an animal?" he demanded.
"Let us say I suggest you may be human," she said.......
....."We of the Bene Gesserit sift people to find the humans."-Frank Herbert, Dune
This part of one of my favorite books comes to mind more and more lately.

My wife recently posted a video that brought this to mind.

Then Stephen and Pissed posted a different one the same day.

Most recently was this post by SondraK

Homo sapiens in my opinion are not human merely by heredity, we chose or chose not to be more than the animal our biology would make us. There are no genetics for the human soul, it is a birthright we must earn by overcoming our own animal instincts. I fear too many never even try to teach their children to be human. A republic can survive if most of it's electorate are human, a democracy of animals devolves quickly.

For a while it seemed that our country had found a solution to this problem that had vexed thinking men since the Helens. Our country promoted and encouraged humanity and were thus able to rule ourselves without a mob or a tyrant dragging down liberty and opportunity. Then men of greed or vanity saw that they could manipulate h.sapien animals into empowering them, and sought to cultivate more animals and fewer humans.

Every natural consequence that might lead to a person realising they need to become human was removed in the name of "compassion". Educators who were to have guided potential humans to enlightenment besmirched the very concept of humanity , until following generations of educators were mere animals themselves. Human role models were torn down and slandered, while the most depraved animal role models were exulted.

Despite everything taught today actions have consequences. I fear that my children will live to see the reckoning of what has been done to our society.

Drone down in Iran?

Possibilities and consequences. Iran is claiming to have shot down one of these.

More likely a technical failure brought it down inside enemy territory.  But however they got it if they have they have gained valuable stealth technology intelligence and I would really like to know what was worth flying something like this over hostile airspace. This is of course assuming that any of this is true, but it does point to a question of what is going on regarding Iran?

Cult of Tacticool: Self Punishing Crime

My only consolation is that whoever did this probably tried to shoot it, I hope they used the 180grain heavy ball.
