Social Security "Fix"

The Social Security Administration has apparently decided not to let all those other agencies have all the "black ninja suit" fun, and has put out a bid for 174,000 rounds of .357 Sig.

I know that social security has suffered from a worsening ratio of contributors to beneficiaries like any other ponzi scheme but I think they're asking for trouble with OSHA. The Soviets discovered that when you're shooting a mere 7000 people in the head that you needed a smaller caliber bullet to not overtax you're workers hands.

There has to be a more efficient way.

  4. It is being delevered to 41 locations, so it is a little over 4,000 rounds at each place. If you figure there are a couple guards at each location, that doesn't make for much of a preppers hoard.

I had no idea that they used the .357 Sig.

    1. I think the Secret Service started the caliber trend.

I'm not ascribing to malice what can be adequately explained by stupidity, but most police officers don't shoot 100 rounds a year in training.
