This little exercise doesn't even account for the fact that most all of this money is invested and would crash the economy if seized. Also if anyone on the planet might have the capacity to effectively take their ball and leave then it would be in this case.
He seems to be saying that wealth confiscation would be pointless. What he is driving at, is a choke on federal spending. HOWEVER; The federal system is now so invested in ,what is fundamental socialist central government that the only way spending could be curbed would be by the utter collapse of the banking sectors. As someone once said socialism works only until it runs out of other peoples money to spend. We have gone past that point to the edge of the collapse. The social welfare state of FDR and LBJ has in fact run out of other peoples money, and the phony money that replaced it. It is what is behind the whole cabal of groups that hate each other gathering together to "Hate Trump". They don't so much hate TRUMP. As They hate us for defying them and selecting Trump. They are terrified that we will say "F"it and get out the rope. Or worse the lumber and fuel oil. This sham "communist" uprising that is being run by the federals/neocons/leftrads. Is all an effort to push "flyover" America into civil war. Once that happens the state can just openly enslave everyone. The rest is just puppet theater to keep the smart guessing and the stupid glued to the tube. The only thing I know , is that this can't go on much longer.--Ray
