In the next crappy "gun sting" sequel the BATFE decided to set up a sting operation where they distributed cards ripped off of a Sylvester Stallone movie, then wait for people to sells them the illegal gunz.
In the process they somehow managed to waste a whole lot of money, arrest very few people, and LOSE A SELECT FIRE M4.
