Another nice photo of Ms. Weiss #7, I agree with Anonymous that young lady #35 is showing a shocking lack of safety and the photo needs more study. I think the retro young ladies #109 and #113 need to swap their modern rifles for a Thompson and a BAR. Thank you, or in the case of #35, tank you!

2) she isn't keeping 3 points of contact with the ladder.
3) she's missing the fall arrest gear.
