I admit that I don't stop in here as often as I should, but when I came here today, since I love redheads, and I was reminded of the posts you made about Scotch Nature. I know that you posted them in part due to my request for more help. And they did indeed help, with my wife and I being completely debt free for over 10 years, and paying cash for a car of around $8500. It is simple to do, but it is not easy by any means. And after you are debt free it is important that you avoid debt like the plague. I do not have any credit cards of any kind. My wife did get a Kohls credit card, that she used to order clothing from them, but if she uses it she pays the bill as soon as it arrives either in the mail or online. Not sure why she got that card, but I seem to recall her mentioning that she got 33% off her first order with the card and maybe 5-10% on any purchase after that. I used to get offers in the mail from the major credit card companies but now that I have never done anything except toss them in the garbage can, I don't get them other than maybe once a month. Obviously the theme of my relative success is avoiding debt as much as you can. We cash flowed a new roof, a new deck, and a new furnace/air conditioner. Total was around $11,000. I just wanted to thank you for all of your help, if I didn't thank you before. Have a safe and healthy 2024, for you and your family.
