It is a stupid comparison made by an equally stupid man.Neighborliness is done out of kindness and a willing to help someone for no reward or benefit.Socialism is done by force and usually entails being robbed to pay for it at the same time.A socialist is simply a communist that either has not yet found his AK-47, or the will to use it.
Might I suggest that you correct your comment by not saying that this socialist / communist turd is the VP. He is the VP candidate.
