Back in the early 90's I found a company that sold novelty envelopes. I mailed one back to a friend when I was at college. It was from the "inflatable playmate corp" and said "your requested repair patch is enclosed".
The buddy I sent it too was still at his parents and his dad was military... he came home from school to find his parents waiting to have a chat with him.
In junior high one teacher signed another up for some magazines and ordered them not in brown paper.... and had them sent to the schools address.
That wasn't very funny for the one teacher. The one who sent it ended up fired and then a year or so later ran for office as a liberal party member and later went to jail for pirating sattelite chips and selling them.

Almost as much fun as signing someone up for the Communist Party of the United States:)
