That is a SMLE #4 rifle retrofitted with a .45 barrel a .45 ACP mag and a suppressor. In WW2 the Brits did the same thing using a No.1Mk.III SMLE and a "Maxim device" to make the "DeLile (spell?) Commando Carbine" --Ray
BTW. With the addition of a high end suppressor and GEN.4+ NVD that concept becomes one of the most deadly 0 to 300 yard night killing tools ever devised. With good fire control to keep the heat down there is almost no visual or audio signature, and most of us know what that slow fat bullet will do with proper shot placement.--Ray
