# 11 is Lucy/Kyu from the Manga and Anime Elfin Lied. She is a mutant called a "Diclonicus". Over the run of the Anime she kills something like 200 people. Because she has been kept in a sensory depravation chamber since childhood , and regularly tortured (as well as having a .50 BMG bullet bounce off her head) she has brain damage and M.P.D. In her childlike form (above) she is utterly innocent and very sweet. In her adult "Lucy" form she kills without mercy ,almost everyone she encounters. It is a very smart and well written for an anime. horror/ Sy. Fy.--Ray
