The "man's" excuse for Fast and Furious was that he was too incompetent to notice the memo about sending thousands of weapons to drug cartels. So even if you don't believe that he should even be a dog catcher much less an appeals judge because of gunwalker being a frame job of US gun stores, you shouldn't want someone so incompetent even close to the judicial bench.
This shouldn't surprise me because everyone involved in this scandal has been promoted(except the wistleblower). Fast and Furious involvement is the only resume enhancer in Washington DC better than being an Obama campaign donation bundler. Even better this is the appeals court that has authority over our military, so doesn't this sound like the unbiased soul to judge if our soldiers committed a war crime?
