    Thanks so much for the "Shout Out". It angers me to no end as well, I have been pacing the floors all day trying to find a way to put my rant in to another post about it...

      We also couldn't downsize the number of admirals in the navy to fewer than the number of warships we have either.

      Nope health bennifits that's what we cut....GGHHAAAA!!! I'm all back to incoherent angry now.
