A Canton, OH city councelman has apparently been drinking mudders-milk before the sun was over the yardarm.

    Considering how many news feeds from around the country that I read, I can't remember reading an article where someone carrying was involved in a criminal act, EXCEPT for the "make my day'' homeowner
    shootings.
